Because of this i use a Gunnar[^]. Actually bought it for my gaming activities, now, since i suffer from a soft headache for months, i'm using it mainly at work. It helps a lot, but still i have an appointment at the eye doc to check if my lenses need help. Probably the headache then will go away.

I saw the Gunnar's well mentioned in reviews, definitely an often recommended choice if you don't mind paying - and for your eyes you shouldn't skimp... you only ever get one pair.
- but you need to have a good place to buy them - professional vs self medication.
Here in Singapore the agent is some pint sized gaming shop - not anyone I want to discuss eyesight issues with, even less so as I need prescription lenses.
- planning to see a proper optometrist soon. (no pun, would prefer to "see" rather than Braille it.)

Well as i currently, until my appointment at the doc, don't need prescription lenses i just got em online. I saw that they offer prescription lenses only with the stuff you'll get from the doc, but i have no idea how good that works.
Anyway, i guess you might get good "computer glasses" anywhere. Seems like that market is growing.
