What is the motivation to move to Canada?
What areas of IT are you proficient in? Niche market?
Canada is big... and cold; most of the population lives within 50 miles of the U.S. border, but, if you are willing to brave distance and cold, there are well paying jobs to be had.
I chose to move from Canada to the U.S. because I got tired of winter... brutal code, shoveling snow, wear boots to work - ensure you have shoes to change into.
