I'll keep to pasteurizing it for now. We don't know the dairy and we don't know their standards. I would say that we could most probably drink it raw, but then I would need to buy it every day as I wouldn't be happy keeping it for long periods.
I am currently looking for good glass bottles for the very porpoise of storing the milk.

And a supply of little foil circles for the tops.
For added realism, put them in the freezer and get a bird to peck a hole in the top!

Why pasteurize? We used to drink raw milk straight after filtering it...
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

One of the truly weird things I saw on my first trip to the other side of the Atlantic was milk on a shelf and in a box. Having (long ago) abruptly lost my taste for milk (although not diairy!) I never had the stuff cross my gum and wallow in my gut.
Now that stuff is available in the US - aside from possible storage in an emergency shelter - I can't imagine why anyone would buy the stuff. Even camping - one of the things you did when you went camping was "you did without milk" (unless the Mrs. recently had a baby, and that was not very good for coffee).
Which, whilst we're not quite on the subject, have you considered adding Koumiss [^] to your milk product production?

"Long" is lengthy
"John" is a colonial phrase that refers to the water closet
"Silver" is an anagram (rather than an amalgam) of rivels

Hello,
Greetings of the day
I'm a programmer and working as a senior software developer.
I was thinking about completing Microsoft certification exam
70-483 programming in C# and 70-486 Developing ASP.NET MVC 4 Web Applications. I want to know the advantage and disadvantage of it.
weather cracking exam is really beneficial for me or it is worth.
Does it make negative impact?
