Not only India brother... Same thing happens in Pakistan too, more specifically in province Sindh. I wonder why people here keep saying, "Our government is corrupt" when they all are corrupt, they cheat in their own circles, they cheat in their neighborhood and wherever they can. But still, we say, our government is corrupt. Government, why shouldn't be? When we're the ones who provide them the grounds to be corrupt and do what so ever they want to do. Then why complain it for government only.
We (Indo-Pak) people need to first guide ourself onto good path, before we should criticize the government, or even our neighbor. I just wish, that day comes soon.

I won't count myself as great, define great! I am just a beginner with some background and knowledge. Tadit Dash, of course he is a great developer... being a Microsoft MVP defines his greatness. 
Yes, we do sleep... But we sleep when no one is around, as soon as someone comes around, or a new email is received; my phone vibrates and doesn't ring because I don't like noise. I wake up, and get back on my laptop or I play football. It depends on how much isolated I remain; by isolation I mean all sort of isolation, isolation from people and other people specially emails.
Sure, there are quite a lot of blogs that I own and post content at, you can read all of the content here on CodeProject; articles and tips. Corruption is largely a cultural phenomenon.
The question is though, does the people make the government corrupt or is it the opposite way around?

Now, tell me, isn't it the people who form the government? Since it is the people, then effectively... A corrupt public would always have a corrupt government, and public would try to complain about corruptness of government instead of trying to fix themself.

Yes - they used to say that 'In a democracy, the people get the government they deserve'. True, indeed.
