I know a dog that did the same for someone a few weeks ago, although strangely I don't know the person, just the dog.
I'm sure if you had a cat it would have cleared off immediately, unless you were lying across the catflap in which case it would have had a quick attempt to roll you out of the way before starting to eat you.
I think the way you have shown such determination to get on Code Project and rant about the hospital can only be a good sign.
My very best wished for your swift and complete recovery.

man that sucks big time Walt - hang in there - I know everyone seems out to torture you, but dude, the more you can get muscles moving and do things, the better the recovery will be - get frustrated, get angry, but use that anger to motivate yourself and don't become a victim

Walt, keep it tight! Let them fix you - it will be much more easier to kill them after that!
I'm not questioning your powers of observation; I'm merely remarking upon the paradox of asking a masked man who he is. (V)

Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

I hate to say it, but that's rather ungrateful isn't it?

When I was something like 10, we got a cartoon book. One picture had an irate medic shouting at a sign writer "It's one word you fool!"

Yeah, I've had good looking women with their hands in my pants several times a day, but it's not veryb exciting ewhen all they wantb to do is change your diaper.
the highlight of each day is whether or not I ppooped and even better if I made it to the toilrt.

Best of luck, Walt.
I understand what you're going through; my wife had a stroke about six weeks ago. Like you, the parts of her brain responsible for language were hit hard. For someone with a master's degree in English and a profound social media addiction, this has been really... frustrating. She's made good progress though, and has recovered a lot of her language skills.
