Are you poor? Apparently if you spend more than 10% of your income on fuel that is 'fuel poverty'. Similar definitions apply for housing and food.

Taking that 10% expenditure what poverty do you suffer from? Most Brits would be in housing poverty at that rate [though I believe 25% is the level there]. I may well be in Gin Poverty.
