Touch screen simulator?

Hi,

Does anybody know a tool which simulates a touchscreen in Windows 7? I develop an app in VS 2010 and cannot modify a codebase, so neither multitouchvista nor VS 2012's "Microsoft Windows Simulator Touch Emulation" are good for me.

I suppose that some kind of a low-level simulation would most accurate.

Yes, I believe it is called the "Windows 8 upgrade".

Because != is a logical operation, not a mathematical one and thus against the strict letter of the question.
Otherwise it becomes trivial:

0+0+0 != 6
1+1+1 != 6
2+2+2 = 6
3+3+3 != 6
4+4+4 != 6
5+5+5 != 6
6+6+6 != 6
7+7+7 != 6
8+8+8 != 6
