... is very strange. But maybe something terrible happened, we don't know about.
Anyway, if the spammers realize this fact, then good night.
@Webmaster@codeproject.com can you please inform us/your community what happen?

No sorry, that is far away from a bridge. Anyone with any sense (spammer or not) can recognize the situation and take advantage of it.

a.) There is not a 'non public section' here. And sorry spammers do not need a message like I posted
b.) Hopefully it was a trigger for the authorities
c.) Is this all maybe only a test to check how long an not authorities controled community does not end in anarchie?
d.) Is it a test, how long volunteers do the work and the others earn the money
or is it simply a test to see how much bullshit it takes to get members to leave?
The big question will be: How much time it needs, that advertisers see what happen here and what they decide ...

A good question is so much more valuable than a good answer.
As a whole, we humans tend to spend way too much of our lives chasing the right answers to the wrong questions.
A question grounds you - it gives you a place to start exploring. Depending on where it locates you, you can find your way to what you're after or get lost on a self defeating wilderness of bad data and positions.

I am getting trainings in moderation of groups and questions are the best and most powerful weapon of the moderation. It is an ing difficult skill to do the right question in the right moment.

More practical, not answering what the client asks, but what he means is a very difficult skill, but extremely useful.
A recent example I have:
The client asked for extra confirmation when exiting an old VB6 application, but what he actually wanted is that a background task in said VB6 application keeps running.
He hoped that people wouldn't close the application with an extra confirmation.
Of course the correct solution was to build a service for the background task.
Some people aren't able to form a correct question, like this guy who only knew the VB6 application, but didn't know what a service was (just like the original VB6 programmer, it seems).
Maybe his question should've been: Do you know a way to keep this background task running even when the application is closed?
