707 thanks!
I made this one easy as I don't think I will have time to do one.
Wanted to do double letters as using the same letter more than once makes 'em easier to solve (I think, anyway!)
And I remembered that Balloon was one of only a few words that have consecutive doubles..
The rest is the slog of looking through the characters to find something suitable.
I couldn't find one I thought looked enough like a bursting balloon though

I refuse to answer due to the complete ugliness of the story. I've read better toilet paper.

reading the thread below on scams, I wondered if any of you chaps (and chapesses) have ever been the recipient (or cipient) of a random Act of Kindness?
My 'philosophy' is that I don't give to any cause (charitable, begging, etc.) that asks for it (so please stop phoning me, Guide Dogs for the Blind!) but I do support various charities, ad try once in a while to perform RAKs.
Usually little things - like paying for someone's coffee, or (when I'm flush!) petrol. Sometimes buying a coffee for a homeless person (less so now, as I live in a posh place where there are far fewer visible homeless chaps)
There used to be a mum & 2 small kids that begged in a tube station near where I worked - who got picked up by Dad on his way past in his Mercedes each day. They earned more than I did.

Yes, every day the ex doesn't call me is a RAK.

Marc, we already told you that you cannot provoke kindness by changing your phone number every other day and camouflaging your house.

ROFL! Only if she acted a bit more kindly and just stopped by your house instead of calling...
You have just been Sharapova'd.

Not sure if this counts but once I was walking down a street in our capital city of Ljubljana and this random guy starts talking to me. He just joined me and asked me where the court was and I thought, ok he just wants directions.
But he just started talking to me as to why he has to go to court. And I saw he needed to vent - he was pretty pissed off, at first I was a bit scared, but then I listened to him and you know try to be neutral as I only heard his side, but not discourage him either.
So we ended up talking for about 20 - 30 minutes. He seemed a bit better, even if still rather pissed about his situation.

I have done them, but I'm not going to list them. They were done to help the recipient, not to make me feel good about myself, or to show how "kind" I am.

That, and we also have a bad reputation to lose.

Actually no. It depresses me that I didn't do more.

I don't give money, but I give of my time by being involved, which is - to my eyes - highly valuable, especially since lots of time is involved.
Of course, money is needed, so if everybody would reason that way, it could not work either.

I always let people pull out when I am driving.
Not only is this a nice thing to do for those people, but it really enrages Audi drivers if you are lucky enough to have one behind you.

A pair of RAKs, a random act of kindness and a random act of karma in a single act, now that's efficient!
It was broke, so I fixed it.

Quote: who got picked up by Dad on his way past in his Mercedes each day. They earned more than I did.
That made me think of the incident that made stop giving to people in the street, in Spain on Holiday one year there was a 'single' Mum sitting near a cash point looking pathetic, so most people walking past would give a few euros (me inclued). This was fine until later in the day I was in said bank and got a tap on the shoulder from a friend there was 'single mum' paying in to the bank the money we had all given!
