This. A million times this. I honestly can't tell whether OP is being serious or not.
And just because some software says X number of cars should fit in Y amount of space (based on some calculations performed using N number of variables as input, where any of which could be based on inaccurate measurements), doesn't mean all drivers involved are good enough to get their own car in and out without tearing into another car.
Frankly, if parking is that tight, it's time to look elsewhere.

That might be confusing optimal with best.
From the intellectual (ok really emotional) point of view you probably want the new car 'behind' the older ones. That way when a car is sticking out, which I suspect is going to happen, and it gets clipped then it won't be the new one.
The other solution of course is just to sell one of the older cars.

You can fit a lot more cars if you just abandon the requirement that the driver should be able to get out of the car.
(In my childhood car vacation, one of the reasons why drivers/passengers were not allowed to remain in the car on the ferry deck was that the cars were packed so densely that no car door could be opened. The ferry was filled right-to-left, and emptied left-to-right. Passengers had to leave the car before bordering, and walk ashore at the destination.
If you introduce a policy of when who is allowed to park, you might get to something resembling the ferries of my childhood,

today I get a task to record attendees for our team meetings. almost 40 people potentially across different dept.
WE use Microsoft team meetings to host our meetings.
Do we have a quick way to count how many people attend this meeting?

Can you count how many didn't attend and subtract them?

Look at the thumbnails: count the columns, multiply by the rows.
Or pretend you are a teacher, and take a roll call.

my real challenge is to write these names down. I am afraid not taking note of these attendees on time in case they drop in the middle...

it should say something like "xx people in the call" somewhere, where xx is a number of course.

Teams has the "people" list, that gives you the number of currently attending, when it comes to 100 or more it shows "99+" but if you hove the mouse it gives you the real number. And IIRC there is some stats available for the organisator to see max, average and a couple of things more...
Sorry I can't give more details because I don't organise meetings for more than 10 people (but have attended a couple sessions where we were over 500, and another session even reached the 1k limit)

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you

after meeting is over. Double click on the calendar meeting then click attendance.
This is the people who actually opened the link. but it won't include the "extras" that are in a meeting room sharing a screen for the meeting.

I question the process need for that.
What is the point of knowing if 38 people versus 40 were there?
If you are going to layoff those 40 people then you should be doing it individually.
If you just want a sales ra-ra meeting then those who are not in sales could be more effective by doing their job (which also makes the company successful) versus going to a meeting. But if they want to go then let them.
