Deepfakes, or media that takes a person in an existing image, audio recording, or video and replaces them with someone else’s likeness using AI algorithms, are multiplying quickly. If you make the problem, you have to fix it?

This year's most clever phishing tricks include hijacking Google search results and abusing 404 error pages. That's it - I'm not opening *any* email anymore
Except the ones about me investing money from people overseas. They seem really nice.

Maybe because it's an old brand? Or because it was in C-rations during WWII? No clue otherwise.

Kent, are you the one who writes these clever one-liners?
I wrote my first post here and it was to complement the Daily News copy, and this "thick and thin" line was the impetus. ("Message closed"...prob not real relevant to anyone, me loving the Insider subheaders)
Then I found this message. So, if you the one writing these, I'm compelled to tell you you're a stone cold genius, and I thank you for countless laughs over the years.

I am to blame. Thank you for the kind words!

You should come here more often. The newsletter only gives the thread OP, but there are second posts that are worth to be read too

Our original release for Flutter was focused on helping you build apps that run on iOS and Android from a single codebase. But we want to go further. Computing to help you sleep?
Oh wait, that's 'ambien'. So, it's computing without any beat or melody meant for filling the background of a hipster coffeeshop? Oh wait, that's 'ambient music'. This is hard.

It looks like it's designed to collect all the security flaws of all the IoT and other devices in the "ambient" into one convenient package for hackers.
That might sound like a bad idea, but it does allow google to steal a lot of personal data while everyone is distracted by scare stories about the hackers, so it has a silver lining.

Install fixes when they become available. Until then, don't sweat it. Beware of hackers with potentiometers?
I'm going out on a limb here: if hackers are in the position to try this exploit, they've already had your data for a while.

Coroutines sound like health supplements, so I'm turned off them before I even see what they can do.
