First of all, Thanks.
About the other one with the links to the github repository... Is that OK?

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you
Rating helpful answers is nice, but saying thanks can be even nicer.

Links to a GitHub repository are OK for now.

This: Cards Basics[^]
From this: Vishal Vijayvargiya - Professional Profile[^]
Is copy'n'pasted from wiki: Payment card[^]
Search both for Quote: A credit card is linked to a line of credit (usually called a credit limit) created by the issuer of the credit card for the cardholder on which the cardholder can draw And you'll see what I mean.

Good spot - I'd already reported it as off-topic but missed the copy'n'paste

I'm not sure it's spam, it looks like a "Chinese github" to me.
It's not an article - or even close - but I don't think it's spam.

I think it says, "If you submit plagiarized content on CodeProject you risk losing your account and articles permanently, and without a chance of rebuttal."

Yes exactly, "If you submit plagiarized content on CodeProject you risk_ losing your account and articles permanently, and without a chance of rebuttal."
But Praxis Shows that some of the "site guards" translate this as zero tolerance.
Anyway, it is not my issue...

The second link navigates only to the "Spam and Abuse Watch" forum, did you mean to link to a specific post?

Good point. I'm sure all those rules/policies were written many years ago and by different authors. There always room for improvement and consolidation.

Good point - the message (whichever way around it is) should be consistent.
I also disagree with the "long-standing member" bit - perhaps "a very active member who has otherwise behaved themselves" rather then "length of service"
How about sticking something under Bugs & Sugs?

Fixed?
