In your select statement set "to_char(timein,'HH:MI')" to "to_char(timein,'HH:MI') AS 'timein'"
same with "to_char(timeout,'HH:MI')"

In addition to your missing columns, your code is vulnerable to SQL injection. You might want to look into stored procedures

"You might want to look into stored procedures parameterized statements."
(Regardless of whether or not the statement executes a stored procedure.)

Whoops. I thought that stored procedures and parametrized statements were the same thing. Thanks for the tip - research time methinks

I am developing window application in C#.NET. My form has a many images. If I run the project, images on the form are appearing one by one and form is vibrating. So plz give me any solution for this.
Thanks in advance..

I'm not sure what you'd like to hear. I mean, what do you expect us to do here ? You have not told us how you show the images. You have not even told us if you want to show lots of images at once, or one at a time. I have no idea what 'form is vibrating' means. At the end of the day, if you can't provide some details, and some code for us to try to correct for you, I don't see how you expect to get any help

Do you want to open the web.config file of a web application from a C# windows forms application? web.config is just an XML file. You should be able to read it using the classes provided under System.XML[^] namespace.

i have a problem with my character creation program.. i have different pictureboxes for the different parts of the character's features.. the eyes, nose, mouth head.. etc.. the problem is how can i merge the combination i made as a single picture.. just imagine the avatar/character creators in the internet,that's what i'm trying to do.. the difference is their doing it in flash and i'm doing it in C# so it makes it harder for me.. i appreciate your help guys.. thanks..

your overall approach is broken. Don't use picture boxes, just draw the images onto your form in your paint event. Then create a new bitmap to hold the end result and use the same code to draw the bitmaps into that new image.

i'm using templates for each parts of the body(eyes,nose..etc).. that's why i used a picture box to insert my ready made images on the form..
is it also possible to insert my ready made images using the paint events?? i'm really not familiar on this, this is my first time to make an application with image manipulation so i'm really confused..

If I have this:
IDictionary<int, string> dict = new SortedDictionary<int, string>();
then add a bunch of stuff to it...
and want to retrieve the last value (sorted, not inserted) and do this:
string val = dict.Values.Last();
Will this have the expected behavior of giving the the value that corresponds with the last sorted key?

Did you try it to see ? It doesn't seem likely to me, given that it's a SORTED dictionary.

Not sure I follow. I know its sorted, thats kind of the point of a sorted dictionary. But are the keys AND values sorted, or just keys? I dont know how the thing works- if they are two separate lists for example the keys may be sorted properly with references to values which may be in no particular order at all. In which case if I grab the last value without checking the key (i.e. dict.Values.Last()) I may be in trouble.
Maybe my question isnt clear... all I need to know is if I take the last value, it corresponds properly with the last sorted key.
I guess the guarantee is to just get the last key then its value.

Your question is clear. I am saying that the best way to answer this, is to try it, but if it's sorted, it doesn't seem to me like it would be guarenteed to work for you. You can also view the source code of the container if you want a definitive answer, with reflektor.

It wouldn't matter much as there clearly are only a few people actually looking into the documentation anyway.

Well... if you want the value that corresponds with the last sorted key... why not ask for exactly that?
string val = dict[dict.Keys.Last()];

What is all this non-sense?
for such a question:
- you can read the documentation
- you can set up a little experiment
Doing so you would have found out in one minute there is no Last property in an ICollection, so ÿes, it is extremely safe, as it will not compile.

Hmm, sure it does. Using System.Linq. I guess I should have put that using statement in my OP.
