To find these, open a C++ project, type in the message, and hover the mouse over it.

You can't get a screenshot of anything that is not being drawn.

Do you mean OCR ?

You definately should not be trying to write OCR code right now.

Optical Character Recoginition. It's used to convert an image of a text document into a string of text.

Why are you asking if you should be using OCR technology if you don't know what it is?
I think the point of Christians question is "What does OMR stand for?"

OCR - refers to Optical Character Recognition
OMR refers to Optical Mark Recognition - the marking of multiple choice question.
I need some guidance on what technology to be used to develop the OMR ?
Should i use OCR technology from microsoft to try it ?
Thanks.

It really depends on the enviroment, but you are not looking to get characters from images. If I understand you right you are trying to figure out which answer is marked in a multiple choice question. You need a little mix of Image Processing/Computer Vision, but if it is laid out right it shouldn't be to hard.
Assumption: You are using some kind of image capturing device.

Take a look at the System.Security.Cryptography namespace.

I draw an image in the form_Paint event handler:
e.Graphics.DrawImageUnscaled(bmp,0,0/*panel1.Bounds*/);
But the image IS scaled! The size of bmp is 2048*1900, but the whole image was drawn in a small area of the form, the width was 800 more or less.
Why scaled? How can I make it unscaled?

That's really weird. Is there any sort of scaling transform happening on the graphics object ?
