Hi all,
I developed my application to check if another instance of the application is running, and if it is, I'm trying to bring the 'already' open applications window to the foreground. I have tried this:
I have also tried SetForegroundWindow() without success. Note that this code is executed in the second instance of the application, just before it closes itself.
HWND hWnd = FindWindow(NULL, "Appname");
ShowWindow(hWnd, SW_RESTORE);
[MOD]
What about using: What message can I send????
LRESULT SendMessage(
HWND hWnd,
UINT Msg,
WPARAM wParam,
LPARAM lParam
);
Many Thanks
Regards,

In order to do what?
If this is related to your original question the answer can be found in the article I linked to. You will also find an explanation to why you should do it the way the article suggests.

There's snails inside your PC. I could be wrong, but I'd have to see your code to know for sure.

Hi everybody,
if i like to add a variable to a Button,Textbox or label via the Ressource-Editor.
A messagebox appears and says me that the directory has no write permissions.
this "error" occurs now on all dialogs of my whole application.
I've already restart the computer, restart VS2003, but nothing resolves this error.
Does anyone know what it is?
Big thanks
