OK, so now I just think you're an idiot. You said you had an ASP.NET question in the C# forum, and you got told to come here. Now you say that your question has nothing to do with a server or client side concept ? Are you totally confused as to what ASP.NET is, and just had a .NET question ? Or are you still confused about what a web app can and can't do on the client side ?

At this point, I am staying up for my own amusement. If you asked a sensible question, I'd happily answer it. Right now, I can't work out what the hell it is you're trying to do, but you're very confused somewhere. I would put to you that anyone else who reads what you posted, will give the answers I gave, so you need to explain at what point it is that you meant to ask something other than what you said, if you want a real answer.
Or you can just do what most people do. Ask the same senseless question again in a few days and in the meantime, tell the guy who is paying you $3 a day that work is going well.

Well, if you write an ActiveX control, and embed it in your page, then your only issue is security settings in the browser. At this point, your question has NOTHING to do with ASP.NET, because your ActiveX control ( which only works in IE ) is embedded in the aspx, and has nothing to do with any ASP.NET code.
However, I'm not sure how an exe comes into it. I can promise you, I know what an exe is, I've written more than a few. I just understand how web development works, too.

You can't. He just told you that. How does a button select a row ? Is it in the row ? Then perhaps you can check the parent, or store an id in the button's tag and just remove it from the data source.

Ya, if the button is in a row then you can hide it from row command event, else it is not possible.

Is there a way to add event to existing control.
For example, the panel control do not have Click Event. Is it poosible to inherits the control and to add Click Event?

I expect so, but I'd expect it to be a lot of work. You'd need javascript to post the form back, make sure that it posts back with the data you need, you'd need to check the values when then viewstate tree is recreated, etc.

I didn't really understood your reply but what I mean is not only for ASP.net. The same question is for vb.net too. Take any control existing in vb.net, I would like to add to it an event that it doesn't have using EventHandler, delegate, Event, raisevent...

Well, if you think the answer is going to be the same for both ASP.NET and winforms, then apart from being in the wrong forum, it's clear you don't really understand what ASP.NET is and does.

If you want to set the page title, try this: Master.Page.Title = "Your page title".

Im converting xml file to dataset using the following code.
TextWriter twHistory = new StreamWriter(location + ".xml");
twHistory.WriteLine(XMLdoc);
twHistory.Close();
DataSet dsHistoryXml = new DataSet();
dsHistoryXml.ReadXml(location + ".xml");
While reading the xml document the above mentioned error returns.

I used embedded mp. in my web site. When i used an mp4 file as target with http protocol(ex. http://212.10.22.22/xx.mp4), it doesnt play. but when i used it as local file(c:\xx.mp4) it plays. There is no file location mistake. Because i can download from http://212.10.22.22/xx.mp4 (this is a sample location.) Wİndows media player itself cant open it from http address(from url). But Media player classic or vlc player can. And lastly not all files behave like this. I can play some files in embedded media player with both http and local conditions. Code snippet:
