Having looked at a couple of your questions here, i'd suggest maybe a book on ASP.net, or some tutorials (see www.asp.net).
This is fairly fundamental stuff, you'll need a decent grounding in it for any ASP.net development.

It is working fine.
But i want the same output on page_load event also.how can i get this. can anyone help me.

I don't quite understand - you want the values selected by a user in a calendar control, but in the page load event?

how Find out Serial No of HDD who access my Web Application.I m using System.Management Namespace to Find the Client Mechine.This Application run on when it was running in Visual Studio.net (IDE) Envoirnment but when it was running on web server it is still nothing given to Response.

A web app cannot access the client in this way, it would be a wonderful way of spreading malware. It will work through the IDE as you are running on your localhost.

Basicly, generic's are string typed... For example, a generic list (List<<i>type>) is a list of the type type. If you replace type with a datatype (for example a string) List<string> lstMylist = new List<string>(); is a strong typed list of strings.
Previously you would use a ArrayList or a Hastable or something like that which contains objects and not strings (or whatever type you use, which forces you to do a type conversion.

i would like to sort the gridview based on two columns.
after comparing first column, and then compare 2nd column.
Eg.
1.Locator1= Page 10,Locator2= Line 2
2.Locator1=Page 1,Locator2=Line 10
After sorting,
1st col 2nd col
Page 1 Line 10
Page 10 Line 2

Answer is "No".
View state is for the lifecycle of a page. If you need to pass data on to other page then there are other methods of doing so. Like sessions

Basically i m creating a web based installer where users will create database and execute sqlscript on there hosting server, that y i need hosting server ip, uid, pwd from user.
The create database dbname will run for the first time to create the database then executing sqlscript will create structure in that database.
thats y i m confused how to create DB on the fly.
Any help will be appreciated.

You can take the IP of the server from the user (hosting server must give rights for installing) along with user name and password. And run your scripts to generate database by calling a web service resident on your server.

It sounds to me like what you need is a custom action dll that can be called by the installer to create the database. Custom actions DLLs are added to the WebSetup Project using Custom Actions Editor. You will also need to use the User Interface Editor to add some dialog that allow the user to enter some of the parameters like uid, pwd. The installer will then use the parameters to access/run the database scripts

I am trying to send email using the following code
Dim MMsg as MailMessage = New MailMessage(FromEmailID, ToEmailID, Subject, BodyMessage)
MMsg.Priority = MailPriority.High
Dim smtp As SmtpClient = New SmtpClient(SMTP.MyServer.com, PortNumber)
smtp.Send(MMsg)
While sending mail to xyz@MyServer.com it works fine but whenever I am sending mail to xyz@Otherserver.com (eg. Gmail, yahoo) then it gives following error.

Mailbox name not allowed. The server response was: sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)

Now coming to your point of conversion there are many pdf creators available on net. Just search google and use the one which fulfills your needs. If you don't like searching google you can search codeproject for it. I read an article somewhere on code project which described the conversion.
