hello friends
I need to send a email when the user comes back from paypal after sucessfull payment so i have stored the mail message in a session variable ( i am having some 12 fields to be included in email)
But session is getting expired any suggestions please tell me
I am struck at this point

You moved from your domain from another one, so I guess session will be lost. use a cookie instead to keep the value.

When will you learn phrasing a question with an appropriate subject? All over your profile, almost every other question of yours bears the title 'Question'; this time being worse -- with a typo.
Unless and until you learn phrasing your problem specification correctly, I don't think you are inching anywhere towards an elegant solution.

currently i m using asp.net with c# (.net 2005, 2.0 framework).
Here, i m uploading some datas from excel to database (sql server 2000).
it working fine.
My client is requesting me to show the errror list which records are uploaded and which one are failed. he required as.....
1. When uploading finish the excel sheet should consist of SUCCESS & FAILURE in a new column, so that he may know which records are failed
OR
2. The records which are failed should indicate in RED color and success in GREEN.
Usually my excel uploading sheet consist of 1st column as PRIMARY KEY. so how to identify that primary key and change the color of particular row from my .net to EXCEL?

Hi, I have the following issue:
I have an "Add new button" at top of the page and below I have a grid wit items. Each item has an "edit" link button.
The problem is that I have the add/edit section at the bottom of the page and the grid has many items so when I click on the add button or edit links I cannot see the add/edit section is visible.
I know I can solve that performing paging but that option no viable at this moment.
Is there a way to move the page or scroll after the pagepostback to bottom at the add/edit section when I click on the add button or edit link?

You can put a bookmark in a page and link to it. I think the format is url#bookmark, but it's years since I did that, so, best check it.

Thanks for your answer. I saw something about that but it seem to work only at client side. I need to go to the server to get the info that will be shown in the edit section that is visible after that but user can't see it because the size of the grid.
Let me know if you can achieve that.

I was just wondering if there exists any (free) product or articles that demonstrate having editable pages. Essentially what I don't want is a full blown Content Management System, but rather the ability to assign certain pages as editable to authenticated users.
Does such a thing exist?

Not really, I wanted a more complex form of that. Besides contentEditable only works on IE5.5+ so that's a no go.
Imagine a single page Wiki, basically I want to design the pages around the site not the site around the wiki. If that makes any sense?

It's closer but not exactly what I want. I think I'll just use something like FreeTextBox and retrieve the contents at runtime from an xml file or something.
