Hi,
Email address can be unicode like :
Национа@аци.com (This russina Cyrillic chars)
Problem is, I am using System.Net.Mail namespace in our project. When i am creating the email address object
Message.From = new System.Net.Mail.MailAddress(from.Address, from.Name);
then it's throwing an error:
"The specified string is not in the form required for an email address"

This encoding defines for fromName (DisplayName) not for email address.
For name it is working fine.

Well, I am not sure internationalization in email addresses are practical. Here[^] is the RFC which explains internationalization. Try reading it.

Save all the time zone in the daatbase table called Time zones.
Then use the normal method to get the data in a data reader.
Then loop throught the data reader and then do the following
ListItem Li;
Li= new ListItem();
Li.Text = GetMultilingualText("All");
Li.Value = "0";
ddCategory.Items.Add(Li);
in th loop. Remember replace ddCategory with the name of your drop down.

I have tree view i am adding node on page load

You open the project if one was included. OTherwise you point to the folder. Your DB needs to be configured, obviously. I would suggest asking the article author, or perhaps starting with more basic articles to learn how to use/configure a DB.

I want to browse and choose the filename and set the navigate url property of hyperlink control to that file name dynamically.
I can create one hyperlink on button_click event. but 2nd time when i click on button , i can able to select file name but i can not able to create hyperlink control with different id so it append text on hyperlink1 so when i click on hyperlink it is saying can not open this page as it has 2 file names.
please help me ..i am trying with ajax update panel..but not able to solve this problem.
i am adding hyperlink control to placeholder.

What does your code look like that you are using to create the hyperlink?
You can put a Panel control on your page on the click event do something like
<pre>MyPanel.Controls.Add(new LiteralControl(String.Format("<a href=\"{0}\" targe=_new >{0}</a>", strFileUploadPath));</pre>
I havent tested this yet but it should work ... let me know if this helps or not.
