1. How the client is getting URL. Means from where the URL is generating? How client is sending URL( Do you mean he is typing the URL in browser )
   
2. Why you are this much specific on XML request and response. In your scenario, I didn't find any use of XML request and response. These will be used when you don't want to show a postback to the user.
3. Where you will show the result ? It will be shown to client, Is it ?
