How to use filters in CSS (Cascading Style Sheet)?
|
|
|
|
|
I'd answer you if your question made sense. What sort of filter do you mean ? A CSS is a set of rules, it has no room for any sort of programatic action.

You use it just like any other attribute.
What specifically is it that you have problems with?

hi subrat,
if you want to submit post data you can create a weburi using webrequest object
and set the parameters like
WebRequest req = WebRequest.Create("URL to be accessed");
req.Method = "POST";
req.ContentType = "text/xml";
string str = "POST DATA";
StreamWriter sw = new StreamWriter(req.GetRequestStream());
sw.WriteLine(str);
sw.Close();
WebResponse res = req.GetResponse();
and res will contain response from the accessed URL.
you can read response using stream readers.

Using the Request.Form collection.
As you are talking about the "next page", it seems that you would want to post a form in the browser, not make a request from the server. Is that correct?

Hi, i have done one application which tooks input as excel file which contains 2 columns. i took whole excel data to datatable and add two more columsn to datatable and export this data table to csv file by creating file programatically . The application is running sucessfully in my local machine. So i deployed in server. it working fine, when i logged into that server and run from there.
If i run the deployed application from my local machine using

"The Microsoft Office Access database engine cannot open or write to the file ''. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view and write its data" (IF i took .xlsx file)
"The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file ''. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data."(IF i took .xls file)
can any one say, why this error is occuring?

I have placed the following code on a web page. It works fine on the development machine. But when I publish the web site to the production server, this object is never rendered. An Internet Explorer error is displayed: Object doesn't support this property or method. I get this same error on the local machine if I change the url to an incorrect url. This is a TXTextControl project. I am at a total loss as to why this will not function on the production server. Any help would be appreciated.

For this to work, the control needs to be registered on the machine that views your site. There are bound to be other security issues also. Best approach is don't do it.

namespace FileWatchingDemo
{
class Program
{
static void Main(string[] args)
{
FileSystemWatcher watcher = new FileSystemWatcher(Environment.SystemDirectory);
watcher.Filter = "*.ini";
watcher.IncludeSubdirectories = true;
watcher.NotifyFilter = NotifyFilters.Attributes | NotifyFilters.Size;
watcher.Changed += new FileSystemEventHandler(watcher_Changed);
watcher.EnableRaisingEvents = true;
Console.Read();
}
static void watcher_Changed(object sender, FileSystemEventArgs e)
{
Console.WriteLine("Changed: {1}", e.FullPath);
}
}
