Why don't to try to debug it?Then you will come to know what is actual problem whether data could not read properly or nay else

That's a poor way of reading from DataReader. Use the type safe accessors like GetInt32 . Here[^] is more information if you are interested.

You can’t assign values to file upload control. It is read only because of security reasons.

ptvce, you can check the directory attributes before displaying,
string[] dirs = Directory.GetDirectories("e:\\");
DirectoryInfo dirinfo = new DirectoryInfo(dirs[0].ToString());
Now, Check, dirInfo.Attribute and Match with FileAttributes.Hidden or FileAttributes.System , etc...
Hope this will help you
By the way, what you are trying to do it in ASP.NET ?

Did you tried to debug it?
what dr.GetVales["Quantity"] return ?
int q = int.Parse(dr.GetValues["Quantity].ToString()) - int.Parse(Txtproductquantity.Text)
Be sure that dr.GetValues["Quantity].ToString() return integer value.
