make a DSN and then use the DSN's connection settings to fetch the access file

I am trying to provide a link to a file using the Response.Transmitfile.
Response.ContentType = "application/octet-stream";
Response.AddHeader("Content-Disposition", "attachment; filename=" + filename);
Response.TransmitFile(filepath);
This works fine. however if I use https and try to download the file from IE it gives me an error - IE was not able to open the internetwebsite. try again later.
however downloading of file works fine with firefox.so i guess i am missing some headers here.
any ideas what could be wrong.

I am not sure what you exactly telling
I think you want to do these html form element in the asp.net using c#
and accessing it.
Steps
1) add new web page to a project.
2) click on the source button, in that form tag add action and set
it to https://abc/MPI
3) add the hidden html tag add attributes runat="server". Do this
for all the controls.
4) now you can access the hidden control value from code behind
e.g In page_load
PX_VERSION.Value give the value stored in the control.
I think this what you want. if you have any doubt, post back to me.

I can get form content to a string field. Then Is there a way to post form details dynamically and get a response.

crystal report dll related error.so what to do.i have add the reference but still getting error.so plzz tell me if have to copy any

i have developed a simple site using asp.net 2.0.when i am running my application VS.Net 2005 IDE then it is running fine, i am not
getting error in any page.but when i published my site to inetpub folder and create a virtual folder.after that when i am
writing url in browser address bar then sometime i am getting error called object reference not set.so i could not understand why
i am getting this error after creating virtual directory and run my app but the same app does not produce any error when i am
running it from VS.Net205 IDE.so plzz plzz help me to solve this problem in detail.

ASP.NET render the controls differently in mozilla and IE. If a request is coming from IE, that will rendered from HTMLTextWriter[^] Class. A request from Mozilla is handled by HTML32TextWriter[^]. HtmlTextWriter, which renders HTML 4.0-compliant markup, and Html32TextWriter, which renders HTML 3.2-compliant markup. So follow W3C standards for designing your website. Write all styles in CSS classes. Don't use proprietary methods and properties that Internet Explorer has.

Mozilla FireFox works fine if a page is a valid XHTML document.XHTML is a stricter and cleaner version of HTML as given below:
1. All attributes should be lowercase
2. Values should be enclosed in double quotes
3. There should be an end tag for each begin tag
