how to read text file bind grid view in asp.net 3.5

Hi all i am having my text file data as follows

INTERBANK FUNDS TRANSFER

APPLICATION NAME,TRANSACTION NAME,CUSTOMER NAME,LOGIN USER ID

Retail Application,InterBank - Third Party,E Feandes,5501570

OWN ACCOUNTS FUNDS TRANSFER

APPLICATION NAME,TRANSACTION NAME,CUSTOMER NAME,LOGIN USER ID

Retail Application,Funds Transfer,R S ad,5501570

I would like read this data and place it to the Corresponding cell in data grid any help please..
