Headers in Crystal Reports

Hello everyone!!

I've got a very small but annoying problem:

I have a beautiful .rpt file that I've done in VS2008. My issue is that the Page Header and the Report Header repeats on every page and I just need those headers on the first page. How can I do that? :confused:
