You need to put more effort into the question before any meaningful answer is going to come out.

You say secure do you mean all three systems are in the same room with a locked door and only you hold the key ?

Secure as in they need to login ?

Secure as in the data needs encrypting ?

Chat program is this text or voip ?

Do you really only need 2 clients or is that the minimum ?

Have you even search here on code project

Solution 1

create a basic chat program.
Then add some cryptography by using PGP: http://www.pgpi.org/doc/pgpintro/[^]
