You just wanted tp edit the textbox value? looking for Text Editor for Editing the Html Body Text?

It's not possible to embed html tags inside the textbox.What i would suggest is use WYSIWYG Editor.

Many free jquery plugins are available and download them and use it in your application.I have got these 2 websites while searching in the google.
