Running your text through google "I want to create a page website have using captcha" gave me: 1) the official captcha site and 2) at least seven "how to do it" examples on the first page of hits.
Go away, learn to google, and come back when you have a problem.

You should have done google on this. There are lot of examples available on CAPTCH implementation.
