What testing tools do you recommend me to learn?

"Testing" is a very wide area. You need to learn about different approaches to testing and kinds of testing and ask what you want.
Why are you asking such question without specifying your language(s) and platform(s)? Do you really want someone to write a thick book on the topic for you? :-)

Yes, why not? I find it handy. I have found some stupid bits in some articles, but, on average, I consider Wikipedia to be reliable enough.
