How to display a smiely icon in SSRS report 2005

Hi , I am using SSRS 2005 in order to build a report what i need exactly is to show a smiely face in my report i tried to set the font famly to wingding but i still dont know exactly how to do it

any ideas pls ?

Solution 1

Add it as an image.

SSRS produces reports in HTML and renders them in the browser. You can't count on many fonts being available on the system where the report may run. You should always use portable UI fonts. Wingdings isn't a portable font so the browser is substituting it.
