I'd start with two things:
1) Look at your file: D:\wamp\www\Practice\Zend\Gdata\ClientLogin.php and see exactly what is on line 27. It may give you a clue. Probably, it'll give you a very large clue...
2) Then, look at your C drive, and examine the php\pear directory. See what files are in it, and compare them to the line you looked at in (1) above...

We can't do that for you: Remember that we can't see your screen, access your HDD, or read your mind!
