Number of download with name of users

I have a question is how to know number of download and also name of user and his email
Monitor Plugin Usage : show only IP adresse and TOTAL NUMBER but i want also the name of user
so i will use a pulgin who allow only user to download a file and for showing her names how i can do that ? if there is no pulgin how i can do my Properly plugin
