Copying Workflow and InfoPath form from site collections

I have created one Site Collection which contain the custom workflow and infopath form.

I would like to copy this site collection along with the workflow and InfoPath form to another site collection using custom solution.

So How to migrate the workflow and InfoPath Form from one site collection to another site collection??

there is no possible ways for copying the list or collection in sharepoint , it is the main disadvantage in sharepoint , so you can't do this
