I want to get the location details like latitude and longitude and based on this find the address I want this all to work silently with out user consent and independent of any browser. Please help in coding this application it will be written for laptop and windows os.
pls give your suggestions.

Well, although no one is going to help you with coding unless you do most of the work yourself... there are plenty of websites that have services that allow you to geolocate based on IP address. You can usually interface to these websites programmatically (two such websites, www.geobytes.com or www.iplocation.net). Geolocation based on IP however, is only as good as the ISP is at reporting locations. It can also be easily circumvented if someone knows you're attempting to track them like that.
