visual studio application load error

This is the problem when loading c# project.

----------------------------------------------------------
Error while trying to run project: Could not load file or
assembly 'My Windows App' or one of its dependancies.
The module was expected to contain an assembly manifest
-----------------------------------------------------------

rebuild the solution, restart the application, reinstall visual studio, those are not useful. still the problem exists.
I formated the machine and reinstall visual studio, about 2 days working fine. and again
arise the problem. again and again arise the problem..

every answers not helped me..
what to do?
is any one can help me?
can give me a proper solution..?

Not enough information. Do versions control, so you could retrace your steps, know your files.

Try to add all assemblies inside bin folder, then open it in Visual Studio.

if may be c: have not required space...
so check c: space....
