CPallini gave you some good options with simply googling... but I'll give you some advice, it's better to transfer the code by hand make sure it works. There are compilers available in Matlab for code but they are expensive and usually there's no guarantee that they'll do a good job. You can also send calls to the Matlab computation engine but that's usually not very efficient and also requires the user of your code to have Matlab (or simply the engine) installed, which is not always practical.
