How to increase printing speed in c#.net

Hi all,

I am in a great trouble, if someone can help me, i will be thankful. i am in a application which needs to print some invoices. The invoices are printing in dot matrix printers (EPSON LX300-2). I am using crystal report to generate bills. My problem is that it is printing very slowly, and when i searched for a solution i came to know that it is because of windows based printing and if we dos based printing then the printing speed will increase very much. But i cant find a good example for how dos based printing can be made. So i request anyone to help me to find a solution.
Is there any way to increase printing speed using crystal reports or any other method for fast printing

RDLC report is more faster compare Crystal Report..The RDLC report more than functionality compare crystal and we are used more than print in RDLC for Goverment Project..
