Getting erorr "WebForm_PostBackOptions" vs2010

i m using vs2010 with ajax ,javascript and c#
earlier it was working fine almost since started project(feb 2010).
Right from 2day it is giving me error "WebForm_PostBackOptions"

in ist page of my project default.aspx required userid and password
with asp:requiredvalidator and ajaxRequiredvalidator .
When i click on user login button not putting any thing on user id and password it gives me that error ..
Though required validaor should work first not to allow to go for login without having any value on textboxes and throughtout the application ajax not working like ajaxtabs,ajaxcalenderextender,ajaxaccordion
nothing earlier everything was working .
I dont know why these error has come to spoil my project
need help to meet deadline to complete task on time

What gives you the idea that your question is at all answerable, given the complete lack of information you've provided?

I googled that error, and of the over 10,000 hits returned, this was the third one:
