Best Book to read Wcf & Wwf in .Net

Hi there. I'm looking to read up on Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and Windows Workflow (WF). What books would you recommend? I'm looking particularly for books that don't assume any prior knowledge.

I found this Juval Lowy book[^] to be the most helpful and complete text for learning WCF. Can't comment on WF, though.
