refreshing a dropdown list in php

Hi Friends,

I have some textboxes and two DropdownLists say Country and State and i have a refresh buttons beside dropdownlist each. when i click on Country refresh button, only that particular Country dropdownlist has to get updated or refreshed or re-binded.
I dont want whole page to get refreshed.

Any Javascript code for me..?

can anyone plz help me
