What is the best IDE for javascript other than running it on notepad?

The "best" IDE is the one available to you, you can afford and are able to use.

for debugging google chrome and for writing notepad++ is enough

I think notepad will be sufficient for small and medium scale applications. For indentation u can go for vim with suitable java script plugin. for large scale you can go for Webstorm, it is best ide for java script.
