Windows Azure is a fancy name for a cloud platform that Microsoft built so they can look cool in front of all their other Internet friends like Amazon, Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

However, you can only write things to the HTML 2.0 spec and deploy them to MySpace... which Microsoft bought at a garage sale... not lots of people know that because Microsoft is, quite frankly, embarrassed to admit it.

It is good at supporting pages within frames backed by an Access database file so if you consider that multi-tiered, then yes. They also support the blink tag which is nice because not lots of people support that anymore.

Is there any future to this? I doubt it. Cloud technology has a problem that it tends to evaporate when the sun comes out and there isn't sufficient humidity to maintain the cloud infrastructure.

But, you shouldn't take my word for it. You should probably take to Google and do a basic search about Azure to read up for yourself what it is and how it can be leveraged to address your needs. People on here might try to troll you because you ask questions which are easily answered by the smallest of effort on your part.
