I got solution..

Regex reg = new Regex("<[^>]+>", RegexOptions.IgnoreCase);
return reg.Replace(tr, "");
}

> tr is html text
> for using this function ,you must implmnt namespace ' using System.Text.RegularExpressions; and using System.Tex;

> jsut call these function like

string _plainText=StripHTML(tr);
