Installation error: INSTALL_FAILED_INSUFFICIENT_STORAGE

This error is oftenly occuring for me.

I tried like this

Uninstalled and installed again

android:installLocation="preferExternal" in your manifest file

but not able to solve this.

NOTE: I am running the application in emulator
