Buy the following book if you want to focus on a specific language, in this case C#, it's very good for beginners, C# for Dummies, even though the title isn't that good is a great book to start, after that you can find more advanced books, but start with that first or you can read the documentation of .NET and the languages, it's available in MSDN's site
