How to find last login details of a user using C#?

Hi

I want to find the last time a user logged in to windows XP even if he/she lock and then unlocked it.

Can anyone please help.

I guess a simple way to do this will be to check the Event log under security category.

no use sir, i don't see any messages beyond march 2010 in my m/c event log. so its possible to not have logs of login and logoff. I need a robust way of finding the timings. Windows must have some place to log this info. may be somewhere in registry.
