Speech to text coversion using any asp.net techninq

corrently i am working in speech to text conversion,

and i found many solution using Api,javascript and HTML,

Ex: http://talktyper.com/[^]

but when i use them, there are some problems: like

1. not recognize all words in proper way,
2. text limitation,
3.Work only google crome,

So i want speech to text conversion in asp.net,

so plz advise me that how i implement that work;

can i use silver-light,or any other technique for this ?
plz suggest me
