but m unable to decide what to develop.
i need ideas for projects.
my areas of interest are C#, .net & asp.
kingly help me out.

How about a project that converts ridiculous and childish non-words like "gr8ful" into proper words like "grateful".

How about something where the user enters their interests and the program recommends what kind of project they should write for their final term project?

You start with some kind of DB to store info about what topics relate to what interests. You'll need a DAL to access it and a BLL to take in user input, run some logic and create a suggestion out of what they've entered. For a UI you can create a Web interface using ASP.Net for the end user and a WinForms/WPF app for the administrator to configure data in the DB. The DAL, BLL and optional Service Layer can all be written in straight C#. That fulfills all of your requirements, no?

You will need to pick your final year project based on the time given to you and how proficient you are in the language you choose to implement it in.
