Problem in identifying Label Printer

Hi I wrote a report by Crystal Report(in vb.net)then we got Label Printer for a pizza shop.according to its user manual before installing the driver,COM port is determine.but I dont know why it is virtual port.when I install its driver and wanna use it in Crystal Report no printer is known.
Would you please help me what to do with it,by the way the product name is AVASYS(ARP-3250)

Solution 1

Goto control panel and check for hardware's ie; Printer is installed correctly and showing up and visible in it.

in Control Panel in Devices and Printers page,the COM port name is in Unspecified group
