move databse in app_data folder

i have to move the database file which is in sql server folder in c drive to the my website's folder APP_DATA i tried to find it on this site but it really didn't helpful to me .....!!
so kind help me....

you need to create DB from your project then it may go to your APP_DATA folder; you may stop SQL server for a while and shift DB to your desired folder.

Solution 1

follow the steps below:

1. dettach your database
2.copy files to where you need
3. attach databse from destination file path.
